  • Today I am appreciating all forms of patience; my ability to be patient and also when others are patient with me.
  • I am grateful for having space to take care of myself, for learning how to best take care of myself and grateful for people who listen and give me freedom to be me.
  • I am grateful for trust that everything will be okay.
  • I am grateful that things change. I appreciate the way things are now with the knowledge that everything may be different tomorrow and that will be okay.
  • I appreciate today and am grateful for everything that happened.
  • I am grateful my toilet has been fixed.
  • I am grateful for blissed out toes.
