I am so grateful for my family. I'm grateful for my cool neighbors and neighborhood full of flowers and trees. I'm grateful to have options. I'm grateful to have money. I'm grateful for the way my life is right now.

memorial weekend!
today I'm grateful for:
date nights
balls
Nikhil's laughter
that I'm not doing this alone
lots of recent fun times

The other day I was wishing I was a man BUT today I am so grateful to be a woman!
- I'm grateful for change
- for baby steps and for getting to see actual baby steps as I make my own
- female doctors - and even more grateful for doctors who spend the time to make you feel like they will take good care of you rather than complaining about their wives calling all the time...fool - no way you are cutting me open!
- I'm grateful that I still have the capacity to learn and to listen
- I understand what makes a family strong. Patience and more importantly, unconditional love.
- I am grateful to be the giver and the recipient of both

I wish I could figure out how to post from my iPhone.
today I am grateful for my mom and the healing of our relationship now that I am a mom and understand so much more about what happens when you become a mom and how much sacrifice is involved - on all levels.
Friends are lost, interests that once meant so much fall into the closet for a while, I frequently feel isolated and like I can't do the things I used to do and many times just don't want to do those things anymore.
I am grateful for all the thing I have gained through the process and the things that are still evolving as I reinvent myself again. I am grateful for the opportunity to gain more confidence as I make decisions for me and my child. I am grateful for the people who are in my life and supporting me on this sometimes very difficult journey. I am grateful for things that bring me back to me. I am grateful for my one and only baby boy. I am grateful to be loved.

Friday Gratitude
being able to do personal email at work
a sweet, 'fix stuff around the house' kind of boyfriend
friends
water that's constantly purging my pipes
coaching calls

realizing what may be going on - no exercise makes my knee feel good but my mind feel bad
the cutest boy in the world
his dad
an afternoon/evening off
seeing progress even when it's slow

TGIF
today I am grateful for
synchronicities - the right people at the right times
the fever is broken
clear, close friendships
a partner who can hear difficult things and is open to change
everything else
