Today I am thankful for:

retail therapy - although yesterday I was thinking about how I want to be less of a consumer
permission to change my mind - although I still want to be less of a consumer
time
the internet
all of the choices available to me
not having to kill and pluck my own chicken when I want chicken soup - but it might be interesting to try that sometime in a place where they still do those things
having close friends who have lost their parents and their knack for calling at the right times

Meditate, align with higher self, activate a way of being through which you can bring in positive results
Activate your gratitude for the abundance and good you have in your life
Activate your self worth and your deservability - you are 100% worthy of good
With an open heart, think of what you want and set your intention to have what you want
Activate desire: let yourself feel it and activate expectancy that you can have what you want
Visualize what you want. How do you want to feel when it comes to you?
Open the gateways. Release fear or doubt. Activate a state of allowing and non-resistance. Pay attention to inner dialogue.
Activate your body with the power of love. Send your visualization of what you want to create into the universe. Magnetize it to your physical reality. Receive it with gratitude and joy so that it may benefit you and all beings.
