Tonight I am grateful for:

Having the freedom to take naps when I need to
All of the environmental initiatives San Francisco (and California) are making to get green
Clean water to drink
People who follow their dreams and educate and inform the rest of us - just watched the Abu Ghraib documentary on HBO...
Everyone who is speaking out against Bush and his administrations anti-freedom policies - he is making the world a more dangerous place for all of us. He needs to go.
Everyone who is working towards peace
Courageous people setting examples for others

Meditate, align with higher self, activate a way of being through which you can bring in positive results
Activate your gratitude for the abundance and good you have in your life
Activate your self worth and your deservability - you are 100% worthy of good
With an open heart, think of what you want and set your intention to have what you want
Activate desire: let yourself feel it and activate expectancy that you can have what you want
Visualize what you want. How do you want to feel when it comes to you?
Open the gateways. Release fear or doubt. Activate a state of allowing and non-resistance. Pay attention to inner dialogue.
Activate your body with the power of love. Send your visualization of what you want to create into the universe. Magnetize it to your physical reality. Receive it with gratitude and joy so that it may benefit you and all beings.
