today is the first day i'm sitting at the computer.
won't be long though, as the pain is coming. gotta keep the foot above the heart. motto for the week.

all of the love and help i'm receiving

visitors scheduled
ambulatory status, despite v. limited
quiet in the neighborhood
gotta go back to the couch!
