Tonight I am grateful:

for music - all kinds, especially my favorites
that I live in the Bay Area, which is chock full of everything there is and is beautiful to boot
for my mind. Once again I've realized I can't get away from it and mine seems to be more mental than other people's and even though I appreciate this, sometimes it is a burden. But tonight, I am choosing to be grateful for it.
for having a Michael Caine heart line, just because.
for the mild weather we've been having.
that my tastes are changing and I no longer like many of the things that aren't good for me or no longer serve me.
for my last relationship because it taught me so much about myself.

Activate your body with the power of love. Send your visualization of what you want to create into the universe. Magnetize it to your physical reality. Receive it with gratitude and joy so that it may benefit you and all beings.
