howdy grateful ones....
today is friday
• i'm grateful for the weird dream that i awoke to, reinstalling an old friend into my consciousness - even if there will be no of this world contact
• i'm grateful that i'll get to practice yoga, and even though charu won't be there, alyssa will, and she rocks
• i feel grateful for my crazy cats, running around the place, chasing each other frenetically
• grateful for spontaneously having a couple of drinks with my friend rob last night, and to hear him through some tough stuff
• and lastly (for today) i'm thankful for 3 days to rest my eyes and enjoy a state of being rather than doing, with people i love
